The new and beautiful glass pavilion at Michabelle is the perfect place for weddings, anniversary parties, bridal showers, teas, dinners, luncheons and special events of any type up to 250 people. The same attention to detail that is so evident in the home and restaurant has been captured in a larger atmosphere to create a group environment that provides more than just walls and a place to sit.

Michabelle will provide an exceptional venue for your special event. Your guests will appreciate the unparalleled architecture and grounds; our porches and rocking chairs are customer favorites. The Inn has 4 rooms with private baths in the main house ($85-$100 per night plus applicable taxes-check in at 3pm, check out 12pm).The Creole Cottage has 3 suites with king size beds and Jacuzzi for $125 per night plus applicable taxes. A full breakfast for two is included with each room. All rooms are non-smoking and have internet access. Reservations can be made with credit cards or cheque-10 day cancellation policy applies to all reservations, including gift certificates.

The restaurant is open from 6pm to 10 pm and offers 12 different entrees including soup or salad. Special holiday buffets are also available. Michabelle will accommodate private parties (teas, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, formal or casual receptions, etc.) and intimate dinners from 8 people to 250 people. Lunch menus (served from 11am to 3pm) are $15.00 plus tax and service. Dinner menus (served from 5pm onwards) are $22.00 plus tax and service. Groups of 50 or more will be placed in the Pavilion (Saturday evening minimum group size 100); smaller groups may be placed in the main house dining rooms.

Michabelle has an established wedding clientele and offers wedding ceremonies for $500 indoors or outdoors. For front of the house ceremonies we including 120 chairs, the house
is decorated with white tulle and ivy bow hung from the 2nd floor balcony a lighted archway, white shepherd hooks with candles and white bows. Ceremonies may be indoors inside
of our Pavilion, the ceremony fee still applies. Ceremony
length is estimated at one hour. Please make reservations
for rehearsal times. Wedding photography on the premises
is ONLY permitted for clients who have booked wedding receptions at Michabelle Inn. All other photography must
have PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION by the owners. No exceptions. This policy is strictly enforced.

Wedding receptions can be held in the Pavilion for up to 250 people at $27 per person including tax and service (alcohol not included). Saturday evening wedding receptions have a minimum of 100 people. No take out service for food or beverages-all items are to be consumed on the grounds of Michabelle. We also have open bar or cash bar service available: soft drinks are free, wine $2.50 per glass, cocktails starting at $3 and beer $10 per gallon (plus tax and service). Cash bar set up fee is $50. According to state law, all alcoholic beverages must be provided and served by Michabelle. We also offer 150 parking spaces on the grounds. Standard reception time is limited to 4 hours- additional time is $100 per hour. Only flowers, decorations and wedding cake can be brought in from outside vendors-no outside catering allowed.

Michabelle requires a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit in order to book a wedding or large event. The deposits are as follows: $500 to reserve the date. Layaway plans are available. The balance of the bill is due 3 days before the event. Payment for any remaining charges (open bar charges, or additional guests) is due promptly at the end of the event. Deposits are applied towards the balance of the bill. Returned checks or failure to pay remaining charges are subject to fees and legal action.
