- Reservations:
- To hold any Room or Suite a major credit card will be needed. Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted for deposits and stays. Louisiana state hotel tax will be added to each stay. The full stay plus applicable taxes will be charged 14 days PRIOR to your check-in date.

- Cancellations:
- Because Michabelle
Inn is a small and intimate property, cancellations
affect us greatly. A last minute cancellation
gives us little chance of re-booking the room
which we guaranteed to you. While we are sympathetic
to emergencies, we appreciate your understanding
of our strict enforcement of the
cancellation policy.
We currently have a strict 14 day cancellation
policy. If you find it necessary to
cancel your reservation for whatever reason,
we will gladly refund your deposit with at least
a 14 full day's notice from the date of scheduled
arrival. For cancellations made in less than
14 full days of the arrival date, 50% of the
total cost of your reservation will be charged.
NO EXCEPTIONS. Should it be necessary to arrive
later or depart earlier than you confirmed dates,
you will be responsible for all of the original
room nights booked for your intended stay and
will be charged.

- Rooms:
- Advanced deposit
by credit card required on all reservations.
Payment of rooms will be accepted with
cash, credit, or debit cards only after check
in.
All rates are subject to change and a 9% sales
tax and 4% hotel tax will be added
Rooms will accommodate DOUBLE OCCUPANCY only.
We will apply additional charges for any unauthorized
room guests.
We do not provide fold out beds or cots.
We serve a complimentary breakfast from 8AM
- 10AM
inside Michabelle's restaurant for room guests.
This breakfast is for a maximum of 2 room guests
only, additional guests will be charged.

- Photography:
- Wedding photography on the premises is ONLY permitted for clients who have booked wedding receptions at Michabelle Inn. All other photography must have PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION by the owners. No exceptions. This policy is strictly enforced.

- Smoking:
- All of our rooms
are non-smoking and strictly enforced. Additional
non-negotiable cleaning fees will be charged
for smoke and other damages. Smoking is allowed
outdoors in designated areas. We regret any
inconvenience this may cause.

- Arrivals and Departures:
- Check in time is
any time after 3PM,
and check out at 12PM.
SHould you need to arrive earlier, you are welcome
to leave your luggage at the Inn.

- Pets:
- We only accept
pets with prior notice for approval, pets under
50 lbs. Notification of breed and weight is
acceptable by phone. We reserve the right to
refuse pets.
Rooms in which there are unattended pets will
not receive housekeeping service. Please speak
to the manager on duty to arrange a time for
housekeeping to be performed.
Any damage to the room or extra cleaning required
(i.e. dry
cleaning or carpet cleaning)
will be charged to
the guest.
Also, we reserve the right to request that guest
with disruptive pets find other accommodations.
We consider any pet that is audible from another
guest room to be disruptive.
